1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the md88apk platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

• Play using legitimately owned personal funds, not borrowed funds or funds belonging to a third party.

Md88apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your national ID, passport, or other supporting documents. Failure to comply with KYC requirements within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.

4Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the md88apk platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on your official identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active mobile number under your control
• A valid email address that you personally have access to
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. md88apk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

5Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Md88apk supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods available on the platform.

Deposit Policy:

• All deposits are credited to your account instantly once payment is confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or payment method registered in the member's own name — no third-party transfers are permitted.

• Md88apk reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Md88apk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions as stated in the relevant promotion terms. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before any portion of a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have varying validity periods — any bonus not used within its validity period will expire automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Md88apk reserves the right to cancel any related bonuses and wins if abuse of the promotional system is proven.

7Game Rules

All games available on the md88apk platform — including Live Casino, Slots, table games, Fish Shooting Games, Bingo, and Sports Betting — are subject to the following general rules:

• Game results that have been calculated and credited are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, md88apk will attempt to restore the session to the last verifiable state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be fully refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any method designed to exploit the gaming system is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

8Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md88apk platform and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:

• Transferring funds between different member accounts to avoid monitoring

• Engaging in activities that may expose the platform to legal liability

Md88apk cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations related to suspicious financial activity or criminal conduct involving the platform.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Md88apk reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to comply with KYC or verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions
• Request from a competent authority

Members may also request to close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting the md88apk customer support team. Any remaining funds in an account closed at the member's request will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

10Liability Limit

Md88apk provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

• Md88apk is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform, unless such losses are directly caused by md88apk's own negligence.
• Md88apk is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet network outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Md88apk's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Md88apk takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All data collected is used solely for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, transaction processing, and legal compliance.

Your personal data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption, the highest security standard in the industry. Data will not be shared with third parties except:

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official version applicable to members in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between language versions of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence.
